Kylie Cosmetics' The Burgundy Palette Swatches! ♥

I caved and purchased the second eye shadow palette that Kylie Cosmetics has come out with. When I told a couple people that I wanted to purchase it, everyone told me not to! But I couldn't help myself, I saw this and thought it was so beautiful. I'm all about the warm tones, oranges, burgundy's, browns, so this palette instantly caught my eyes. It is pretty similar looking to the Modern Renaissance palette which I will be doing a whole blog post kind of comparing the two. So, here are swatches of all 9 shades from The Burgundy Palette, enjoy!

Swatches from left to right:
Naked, Beach, Penny, LA, Burgundy

My Fave Fall/Winter Liquid Lipsticks ♥

Dark lipsticks are my fave! But dark liquid lipsticks are even better! I honestly don't remember when the last time was that I wore a regular lipstick and not a liquid one. Here are my fave colors for the fall and winter!

• NYX Lip Lingerie in "Teddy": I love wearing this color when I want something light but it's still dark at the same time if that even makes sense. This shade gives you a grungy look and darkens up your look as well without being too in your face.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in "Ashton": Ugh, this color is seriously so beautiful and I do not regret buying it. It works on every skin tone! It's a beautiful nude terracotta shade.
• Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip in "Chilly Chili": One of my fave Colourpop lippie I own! I always get so many compliments when I wear this. Although this is not a unique shade, it's definitely a shade you need. Unfortunately, they don't sell this shade anymore.
Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip in "Are N Be": Wow this shade had me falling in love to the point where I wore it for a month straight! It's unlike any shade I've worn before. It's a darker color but bright at the same time and honestly perfect to wear all year.
Ulta Matte Lip Cream in "Allusive": While the formula of this is my least favorite, the color is seriously so pretty. I don't own many true purples so when I do feel like wearing purple, this is my go to.
• Colourpop Matte Lip in "Kae": Oh my God, this collection is seriously the best collab they've done! This is pretty similar to Limbo but it's a couple shades darker and has a more nude-ish undertone.
Colourpop Matte Lip in "Limbo": If you want a dark brown liquid lipstick, then you definitely need this one! It works well with every skin tone in my opinion plus you can't beat the price!
Too Faced Melted Matte in "Drop Dead Red": The formula to this lipstick is one of the most comfortable formulas I've ever tried. I wouldn't really call this a red but more of a very dark berry.
Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in "Damned": This is such a stunning shade! It's the darkest burgundy/brown shade that I own.

2016 Sephora VIB Sale Haul ♥

I've been waiting for this time of year! My first vib sale experience was last year and I loved it. I had three things I for sure wanted to get and sadly I only got one. I wanted the new ABH Masterpalette by Mario but it was sold out! And I wanted the Laura Mercier translucent setting powder but they didn't have the full size so I passed on that. I did get some other things! Some of these I've used before but some I haven't so let's get into it.

The one thing that was on my list that I was able to get is the Urban Decay All Nighter foundation! I'm so excited to try this as I've heard nothing but good things. Also, this is a matte foundation which is my fave kind since I'm so oily. I'll definitely be doing a review on this!
The next thing I picked up is something I've used hundreds of times before, the Anastasia Brow Wiz! It's a holy grail for me and I always have to have one on hand.
The next item is also an oldie but a goodie, the Benefit Porefessional Primer. It's one of my fave primers ever and I haven't picked it up in a while so I thought i'd go back to it.
Next I picked up a pair of eyelashes from the House of Lashes x Sephora collab. I own one pair of HOL lashes and I really like them so I thought I'd give these a try! They're in the style Seductress and they're honestly gorgeous, I can't wait to try them out.
The last thing I picked up is a staple, makeup removing wipes. These are the Sephora Coconut Water wipes and I'm excited to try them because I love everything and anything coconut! These are for soothing and hydrating so my skin will love them!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette ♥

So I've talked about this palette a couple of times here on my blog yet I've never done a single post dedicated to it! Today I'm going to be talking about the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Eye Shadow Palette! So, let's get started. The moment sneak peeks of this palette started coming out, everyone was in love with how beautiful it is! The colors in this are so stunning. I'm going to be talking about each shade in this palette and what I think of it.

The first shade in this palette is called Tempera. When I first saw it I thought it was just your standard matte bone shade. This shade is like a satin with the tiniest bit of shimmer in it, it's beautiful! I love using it all over my lid when I don't really feel like doing eye shadow.
The next shade in the palette is Golden Ochre. I've used this a couple times when I've wanted a bit of a darker color on the lid. It's a pretty matte khaki like color and looks great when used in cut creases!
Next shade is Vermeer, this is a STUNNING champagne shade! It's so shimmery and beautiful, I love using it on my lid when I'm doing a regular glam look or a cut crease. Definitely one of my faves from this palette.
Next shade in the palette is Buon Fresco, another one of my favorites from the palette. This shade is a matte cool toned purple. It's gorgeous in the crease which is where I like to use it!
The next shade is Antique Bronze. I haven't used this shade on myself but I've used it on my mom several times and she loves it! She's all for darker shimmery shades on the lid and this shade looks so beautiful on her.
Next shade in the palette is another one of my faves, Love Letter. I don't own a color like this and I never thought I'd need to but WOW. This is a gorgeous bright fuchsia color that I love using in my crease to brighten up looks. I will be doing a blog post on a cut crease I did and I used this shade and it's honestly one of my fave eye looks I've ever done.
The last shade from the top row is Cyprus Umber. This is your staple dark brown matte shade that every palette needs in my opinion. This is perfect for the crease to darken looks up!
The first color from the bottom row is Raw Sienna and this is my favorite color from the palette! It may not look like anything special to some people but this color is everything you need and more. I own Sienna from ABH but I love this shade so much more! I've put quite a dent in it already. I use this shade for various things, as my transition, in my crease, or all over the lid and I'm good to go!
The next shade is another fave of mine, Burnt Orange. This color is kind of like Raw Sienna but a couple of shades lighter and not as warm.
Next shade is Primavera. This color is a gorgeous shimmery gold color that everyone is bound to love! I haven't really played around with it as much but I'm looking forward to.
The next shade in the palette is Red Ochre. I don't believe I've ever owned a red shadow and wow have I been missing out. I love pairing this with Love Letter when I do cut creases.
Next shade is another of my faves, it's Venetian Red. A must for me when I'm using Love Letter to do my cut creases! This shade is so stunning and every time I wear it I get compliments!
Next shade in the palette is Warm Taupe. I recently used this for the first time and I was impressed! I didn't really think I'd like it cause it looked too gray to me but it's a great color in the crease.
The last shade in this palette is Realgar! I love my orange shadow and this one definitely didn't disappoint me. It's a beautiful matte bright orange that's a must have shade in your collection!
In conclusion, you need this palette! You may think you can't get much use out of it but you can create so many different types of looks with this! For the price you get amazing quality shadows.

October 2016 Faves! ♥

I'm back to doing my monthly faves and I'm so excited! I love sharing my fave products with you guys. Let's get right into what I've been loving for the month of October.

The first thing I'm going to talk about is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette. I mentioned this in the last favorites that I did but it was a new product and I didn't have much time to fully play around with it. Now that I've had it for a couple of months and have gotten the chance to use every single color I want to talk more about it! You guys seriously this palette is amazing and so worth the money! There is not one single shadow that isn't pigmented or doesn't blend well. So if you've been debating about getting this, just go out and get it please!
My favorite lashes have been the Ardell 206! Wow these lashes are just so beautiful. I get so many compliments when I wear these. A couple people thought they were either my real lashes or eyelash extensions, crazy! For the price, these are a must have.
I've been wanting Anastasia's Ashton liquid lipstick pretty much since it came out. I own one other color and it was from their very first batch about two years ago. I loved it at first but once I started buying other brands of liquid lipsticks I noticed that the formula was not the best. I loved the color so I went ahead and bought it hoping i'd like it. I LOVE IT! I don't know if they improved the formula or what but it's so comfortable now.
This is my first NYX Liquid Suede lippie in Soft-Spoken and wow I'm impressed with the formula! It feels great on the lips. This color has been my go to when I want something natural, it's beautiful.
A moment of silence for how STUNNING this eyeshadow is!! Colourpop's Alchemy is just on another level. I do not own an eyeshadow as beautiful as this. I'm not sure if they still sell it anymore but hopefully they do because everyone needs this in their life. Here's a video of the shadow!
I've talked about this product a while back but I repurchased it because it's so good. The Sephora Bright Future Serum Concealer. This really helps with covering dark circles and it isn't cakey at all! In fact, it feels great on the skin.
The last product I want to talk about is something I've been using a lot lately! It's the NYX Crystal Liner in Crystal Gold. This is a super affordable liner that works great! It doesn't take long to dry and it's easy to use as well.

Angelic Glitter Cut Crease ♥

I did my first ever glitter cut crease the other day and thought I should share it with you guys! I know I've been gone for a while but I'm finally back and ready to put out great posts! Expect an October faves coming soon.
So I was playing around with makeup and I thought i'd give a glitter cut crease a try. I didn't expect for it to turn out great or anything but I ended up loving it! I got so many compliments on my social media accounts for this look.

The only palette I used for this look was the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette. I started off with a transition color, Salted Caramel. Then I took a mixture of Milk Chocolate and Semi-Sweet and started building that up in my crease till I got the desired look. To cut my crease I took some concealer. Over the concealer I used the color Marzipan which is such a beautiful champagne color! For the glitter in my crease I used NYX's Liquid Crystal Liner in Crystal Gold which is so easy to use! I added some winged liner, mascara, and my Goddess Lashes by Koko lashes. I loved the way this look turned out, it's perfect for a night out!
