Play! by Sephora December Box ♡

Hey everyone, welcome back to my blog! Today I'm going to be showing you guys what I received in the last Sephora box of the year. Let's get right into the items!

THEME: The 2017 Play! List
Smashbox Covershot Eye Shadow Duo in Golden Hour: The colors in this are cute but I'm honestly not going to reach for this. I'm going to be giving it to my mom.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Gloss in Vintage: Another thing I'm not going to use. I don't wear gloss so this will also be going to be my mom.
Drybar Triple Sec 3-in-1: I'm excited to try this. I love dry shampoos and I've heard nothing but good things about Drybar!
Laura Mercier Eye Basics in Wheat: I've tried this before and loved it! It makes for a great eye base.
Peter Thomas Roth 24k Gold Pure Luxury Lift + Firm Prism Cream: I've never heard of this product but I'm intrigued to try it out. I love trying new skin care products!
Tom Ford Black Orchid: I've only ever smelled a couple of Tom Ford fragrances and this is one that I haven't. I love getting perfume samples cause I always love trying out new scents!

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this box. I was hoping it would be a fantastic box since it is the last of the year. I'm really looking forward to the January box, hopefully they start the new year off with some great products! Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed.

Colourpop "Golden State of Mind" palette swatches ♡

Hey everyone, welcome back to my blog! Today I'm going to be swatching a palette that I've been loving. Colourpop came out with this palette on the Sephora website a little over a month ago and I ordered it as soon as it came out. Golden State of Mind is a palette of stunning shimmer and glitter shades. Let's get right into the swatches!

Golden Egg, Pay the Piper, GRLFRND, Zero Clue
Watch Out, Drizzle, Uptight, Can't Stop, Sparkler
Unsupervised, Lust in Time, Mind Tricks
Wing Woman, Heads or Tales, and Tinker Time

Overall, this palette is gorgeous! It's great to have a palette of just shimmer and glitter shades to choose from. You could use these shades by themselves on the lid and some even work as toppers for other shades. This is sold on both the Sephora and Colourpop websites for $26. Sephora, Colourpop, and Glossier haul ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! I recently bought a couple things online during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I mainly bought clothes but I did purchase a bit of makeup. I ordered from Sephora, Colourpop, and Glossier. Let's get right into the haul!

C O L O U R P O P
Colourpop had their eyeshadow palettes 20% and came out with a new one called the Double Entendre palette. It's a neutrals palette which I probably didn't need but I had to have it! The metallic rose gold packaging is so beautiful. I'll definitely be doing a separate post all on this palette so look out for that. The last thing I got from them was an ultra matte lip from their holiday collection. I was a bit bummed that it didn't come in the holiday packaging I saw on their IG but it's a beautiful bright red called Snowfleek.

S E P H O R A
Sephora never really has excited Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals but they did release a limited edition mini Colourpop palette. Take Me Home is the palette and the packaging is sooo cute! The shades are right up my alley so of course I had to buy it. The palette is $12 and it still on the Sephora website and will be up on Colourpop's as well. Last thing is something I've been dying to try. Sephora did come out with a mini set for Black Friday but it sold out so I just bought the full size. Too Cool For School's Pumpkin Sleeping Pack is something I've been dying to try cause so many people have raved about it. I've already used it a couple of times and I wake up with the softest skin ever!

Glossier was having a pretty good Cyber Monday sale, 20% with free shipping. I only ordered one thing which is their Rose Balm Dotcom. Their balms are great for more than just lips. They have other tints and scents but of course I had to go with rose. This makes my lips sooo soft!

That's all for my little haul. Like I said, I went more crazy buying clothes this time around haha. I will be doing posts on the two Colourpop palettes so look out for those! Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed

Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism palette swatches ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! I've had the Prism palette for about 2 months now and realized I never did a post about it. I'm going to be swatching all the shades from this palette today. I feel like ABH came out with this super quick after coming out with the Subculture palette. I loved the packaging but didn't think I really needed it. I saw it in person at work and saw that it had gorgeous shimmer shades so I decided to purchase it. I noticed that it could be perfectly paired with a lot of the shades in the Subculture palette. Let's get right into the swatches!

 Lucid, Eden, Unity, Sphinx, Osiris
Sphere, Obsidian, Dimension, Parallel, Pyramid
Throne, Saturn, Eternal, and Lure

I've used this palette a couple of times and have had no problems with any of the shades! They're all super pigmented and buttery. The shimmer/glitter shades are seriously a dream. That is all for today's post. I will be doing looks using this palette and posting them so look out for those. Thank you so much for reading, hope you enjoyed!

November '17 Favorites! ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! I haven't done a monthly favorites in foreverrrr! I'm finally going to be doing one for the month of November and hopefully from now on. I have so many great things I want to talk about today so let's get into it.

Touch In Sol No Poreblem Primer: I'm so in love with this primer! It makes my foundation glide on so easily and makes it look flawless. It dries down a tad bit tacky which I'm not the biggest fan of but once your foundation goes over it's completely fine. It's also a super affordable primer!
Colourpop Troublemaker Ultra Matte Lip: This is by far my all time favorite Colourpop matte lip shade! I love orange lips and this is the perfect shade for me. It's not too warm or too bright.
Fenty Beauty Foundation: I bought this after all the hype and because I love Rihanna haha. It dries down matte which I love so I don't really have to worry about powdering. You can build it up to a full coverage too or keep it at a medium coverage.
Givenchy Beautifying Balm: I got this in one of the Sephora luxury boxes and immediately fell in love with it! I had to buy the full size during the VIB sale. It plumps your lips but doesn't burn them and it gives you the perfect pink tint.
Anastasia Subculture palette: When I first saw pictures of this I knew I had to have it! Then everyone started reviewing it and giving it horrible feedback so I was debating on getting it. I couldn't stop thinking about the palette cause it's such a gorgeous palette so I caved and purchased it. I actually really liked it except for one shade that just didn't work out for me.
Stila Glitter & Glow in Rose Gold Retro: I've been using this so much, it's so gorgeous! You don't have to fuss with loose glitter and it getting all over the place cause this just glides right on and dries down pretty quickly.
AmorePacific Vintage Essence: I hate how much I love this because it is beyond out of my budget. I got this in one of the Sephora luxury boxes as well which is how I got to try it in the first place. It is seriously so good! I instantly noticed it working after about a week of using it. It helped with my texture and evening out my skin tone. I also noticed that it gave me a healthy glow.

I'm so happy to be back to doing monthly favorites! I've been buying so much makeup so I have plenty to try out. Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed!
