June '18 Favorites! ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog!
Today I'm going to be talking about my favorite products for the month of June. I really experimented with lots of makeup looks and fun colors this month! Expect more blog posts on makeup looks coming soon. Let's get right into my favorites of the month.

Morphe 35B: I've had this palette for a while but have rarely used it. This month I've been doing a lot of colorful looks so this palette was perfect! They did stop selling it which is a bummer but if you're able to find it, definitely pick it up!
NYX Worth the Hype mascara: I got this in a voxbox and was super excited to try it. I have no lashes and when I put this on it gives me volume and a bit of length. Definitely makes my lashes stand out!
Dose of Colors x Desi x Katy Hot Fire liquid lipstick: Another product I've had for a while now and I've only used about twice. This has been my go-to lip color this month! I wear it 90% of the time and I always get compliments on it.
Aliexpress 3D08 Lashes: These lashes are seriously so gorgeous! Everyone always thinks I'm wearing some expensive lash brand but they're only $2.32! They don't feel cheap at all and so far I've gotten about 10 uses and they still look great.
Hourglass Veil Mineral primer: This is one of my favorite primers. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin at all and it makes my foundation glide on with easy. I love pairing their foundation stick with this as well.
Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm: I love using this to take off my makeup. It gets everything off and doesn't irritate my skin and also doesn't leave a gross residue.
Clinique Acne Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel: I got this as gratis and was pretty excited to use it cause I love spot treatments. When I say I put this on my blemish and woke up and it was completely flat! I was seriously amazed at how fast this worked.

That's all for today's post. I'll be posting a lot more looks in the upcoming weeks.
Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed! ♡♡

BLACKPINK "DDU-DU DDU-DU" Music Video Inspired Look ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog!
A couple of days ago I did a look that was inspired by BLACKPINK's new music video for "DDU-DU DDU-DU." The song is everything, I'm obsessed! The video was so pretty and they all looked amazing. I got inspired by one of the dancing scenes and decided to do a look. Here's what I came up with and all the products that I used.

primer: Touch In Sol No Poreblem Primer
foundation: Urban Decay All Nighter in 3
concealer: Too Faced Born This Way in Light
powder: Laura Mercier Translucent Powder
brows: Anastasia Brow Wiz in Soft Brown
eyes: Morphe 35B palette, Stila Glitter & Glow in Sunset Cove, NYX Matte Black liner, NYX Worth the Hype mascara
lashes: Lilly Lashes in Miami

It took me forever to do this look because I couldn't get the right shades of blue in my crease. I finally was satisfied with my crease shades and then it was super easy to do the ombre lid! I got so many compliments on this when I posted it on social media. I'll most likely be recreating it to wear to work!

Lancome Definicils High Definition Mascara: I've tried this mascara before and it gives me lots of volume so I'm happy to have it back in my life!
Too Faced Melted Matte Lipstick in Queen B: This is one of the shades I've been dying to get my hands on so I can't wait to use it.
Living Proof No Frizz Nourishing Styling Cream: I have curly hair so it gets frizzy all the time. With it being summer, this is definitely going to come in handy!
Clinique Take The Day Off Makeup Remover: I love trying new makeup removers because most of the time i'll end up finding one that works even better than what I was previously using. I've tried the balm version of this and wasn't that big of a fan but I'm sure I'll like this one.
Tatcha The Silk Canvas Face Primer: Seeing all the reviews for this product, I've been dying to try it out! I'm so excited that it's in this month's box and can't wait to try it!

Get Un-Ready with Me! ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! Today I'm going to be showing you guys all of the products that I use to remove my makeup. I've been wanting to do this for a while now but haven't found the perfect routine for myself. Now that I've found all the right products for myself I can finally do this post! Let's get right into it.

S T E P 1:
I've tried a couple of makeup removing balms but they've all left a nasty residue on my skin or were hard to remove. I got this product in a Play! by Sephora box which is a great subscription as you get to try out various products. This is so easy to use. I take a small scoop with the back of my nail and rub it between my palms before distributing the product all over my face, except for my eyes.

S T E P 2:
I take a cleansing cloth and remove all of the cleansing balm and makeup. I'll fold the cloth and then proceed to remove my eye makeup with it. I'm not too picky when it comes to cleansing cloths. There has been a couple brands that have left my skin burning so I obviously don't repurchase those.

S T E P 3:
I've been using this cleanser for about a month now and it's really helped keep my skin from breaking out. You don't need much so this will definitely last you as well.

S T E P 4:
I like to go in with this on a cotton pad just to make sure I've gotten all of my makeup off. It always comes out clean which is how I know this routine really does get all of my makeup off.

Those are all of the products that I use to remove my makeup! If I'm removing my makeup at night then I'll follow up with my night time products. I do plan on doung a night time skincare routine so please look out for that. Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed!

I'll either pair this look with a bright orange lip or a toned down nude orange lip. It's definitely going to be my go to look from now on. Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed! ♡♡

5 Favorite Spring Lipsticks! ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! I know I haven't posted in a while and I'm so sorry about that. I haven't really been inspired but I'm back to my normal self and ready to start posting regularly. Today, I'm going to be showing you guys my five favorite liquid lipsticks for Spring. These shades could also be used during the summer time. Let's get into it!

Colourpop  Ultra Matte Lip in Troublemaker: This is my all time fave lip shade! I use it almost all the time but have been trying to use other shades. It's the perfect peachy everyday shade and pretty much always go with the eyeshadow looks I do.
NYX Lip Lingerie Liquid Lipstick in Seduction: I've been gravitating towards this shade quite a bit lately. It's a nice warm peachy shade that compliments my skin tone.
Too Faced Melted Matte in It's Happening!: This shade is definitely not something I typically go for but something about it made me fall in love. It's a bright pink shade that looks great with simple neutral shadow looks.
Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Tesoro: I've been into more bright shades lately and this is the perfect bright orange shade!
Colourpop x iluvsarahii Ultra Matte Lip in Arriba: This is my all time fave red lip shade besides the Fenty beauty one. It compliments me so well and I always get compliments when I have it on.

That's all for today's post. I did a fun, bright eyeshadow look yesterday and I'll be posting it soon so be on the look out for that! Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed!

Play! by Sephora April '18 ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! I got my Play! box in the mail a couple of days ago and I'm super excited to show you guys what I received in it. Let's get right into it.

THEME: Insta Beauty
Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Perfector in Shade #6: I've never heard of this product but with summer coming up I'm not going to be wanting to wear heavy foundation so this sounds perfect! The shade does look too dark for me but I'll test it out just to see if I can make it work.
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Pressed Powder: I've never tried this before but their stuff is always pretty good. I love anything that combats pores so I'm excited to try this out!
Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Rescue Mask: I've tried a couple of products from Fresh and I always love them! I love trying out new face masks so I'm super excited to try this one out.
Urban Decay Hi-Fi Sine Ultra Cushion Lipgloss in SPL: If you know me, then you know that I'm not a lipgloss fan at all. This will definitely be going to either my mom or a friend.
Peter Thomas Roth Skin to Die For No-Filter Mattifying Primer & Complexion Perfector: When I saw this in the bag I got so excited because I've been wanting to try this primer for a while now but haven't bought it because I currently have too many primers haha. I love primers that help keep you matte so I'm sure I'll like this one.
Miu Miu L'eau Rosee: I'm a huge fan of floral scents so this I definitely like! I'm glad they include perfume samples because I love to try different scents out each month.

Overall, this box was alright. It contains a couple of products that I've been wanting to try so I'm happy about that. That's it for today's blog post. Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed!

e.l.f Cosmetics Haul ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! I'm so excited that they opened up an e.l.f store right by where I live! The store is so organized and pretty. I'm definitely going to be shopping there quite often. I only bought a couple of things as I am trying to save my money haha. But, I thought I'd still do a small haul for you guys.

Pore Refining Primer Mask: The packaging for this instantly caught my attention! I've never heard of a primer mask so I'm super intrigued by this product. I'll prob be doing a mini review of it on my instagram stories so make sure you're following me.
Hydrating Water Cleansing Cloths: I recently bought a new pack of Sephora wipes but I already lost them haha. They had such a wide selection of cleansing cloths which I was really impressed by. My skin has been a bit dry so I went with these hydrating ones.
Detail Crease Brush: I've been looking for a small fluffy brush to really sketch out my cut creases and this one looks perfect! I'm sure I'm going to love it and probably end up going back to buy a couple more.

I love how e.l.f is so affordable! I only spent $9 on these three things, wow! Can't wait to go back to the store and do more hauls with their products.
Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed!

Korres Greek Yoghurt Foaming Cleanser: I've never tried this cleanser before but Korres never fails me so I'm sure I'll like this!

F R O M  S E P H O R A:
Laneige Hydrating Trail Kit: This kit has a couple of things I've been wanting to try so I thought, why not get this and test them out first? I'll definitely be doing a review on this kit once I've used it all up!
Sephora Yuzu Revitalizing & Toning Cleansing Wipes: I've tried a couple different types of Sephora's cleansing wipes but never these. I feel like they'll be super refreshing so I'm excited to try these!

F R O M  T H E  B O D Y  S H O P:
3 for $5 Mask Minis: They have one use packets of their face masks so I decided to get some to try them out. I got the Japanese Matcha Tea Pollution Clearing Mask, Ethiopian Honey Deep Nourishing Mask, British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask. Super excited to try these cause I love trying out new face masks! My favorite will probably be the Japanese Matcha Tea one.
British Rose Petal Face Gel Toner: This is their newest toner and the lady totally sold it to me. She put some on the back of my hand and I swear it made my hand feel so smooth and hydrated. I've never seen a gel toner so that also intrigued me. I love anything rose so of course I had to get this.

I just love getting new skincare, it makes me so happy! There will be reviews on these products once I've used them so look out for that! Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed

February '18 Favorites! ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! This post is a bit late but better late than never haha. Today I'm going to be talking about my February favorites. Unlike January, February went by sooo fast! I have a mix of stuff so let's get right into it!

Lilly Lashes in Miami: I have been dying on getting these and I finally caved! These lashes are seriously so gorgeous I can't believe I went so long without them. They are pricey but they're great quality and they'll last you a long time as long as you take care of them.
Touch In Sol Metallist Liquid Foil & Glitter Eye Shadow Duo in Margaret: I love liquid glitter shadows cause they're so much easier to work with than loose glitter. This one does have a loose glitter end that you can place on top of the liquid which I like to do when I really want a glittery look!
Commodity fragrance in Rain: I'm obsessed with the scent of this! I tested it out in Sephora and immediately purchased it. I always get compliments when I wear this and people always want to know what it is. I've just run out so I need to go buy another one.
Colourpop My Little Pony Supershock Shadow in Cherries Jubilee: This shade is the perfect topper for any shadow that needs a bit more sparkle!
Sephora Daily Brush Cleaner: This product is great to spot clean your brushes. You just spray a bit onto a paper towel, swirl your brush in, and then your brush is instantly clean!
Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip in Speed Dial: As you guys know, I love any orange lip color and this one is perfect. My favorite from Colourpop is Troublemaker and this one is a bit more neutral, now as bright. A perfect everyday lip shade!

That's it for today's blog post. I'm sure March will also fly by and it'll be time for another monthly favorites post. Thank you so much for reading today's post, I hope you enjoyed! ♡♡

Face Mask Favorites ♡

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! Today I'm going to be talking about my favorite face masks! They'll vary from regular face masks such as clay, gel, and peel off, sheet masks, and overnight masks. Let's get right into it.

C L A Y  M A S K S

Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask
I've gone through quite a couple of tubes of this cause I always come back to it! It really clears out my skin from everything and makes it feel so soft and clean afterwards. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for a good clay mask.

Lush Love Lettuce
Unfortunately, this mask got discontinued but I just had to talk about it. It's a 2 in 1 mask as it's also an exfoliator. It always left my skin feeling so fresh!

Sephora Collection Mud Mask Purifying & Mattifying
If you're not looking to spend a ton of money on glam glow, this is definitely your best bet! I've tried a couple of the glam glow masks and I can honestly say this one is better plus was more affordable! It really cleans out your skin and leaves it nice and matte afterwards.

G E L  M A S K S
Fresh Rose Mask
I tried this mask thanks to my Play! box from Sephora and I was really impressed. I guess I'll classify this as a gel mask since that's kinda what it is. You allow it to slightly dry on your skin then you just wash it off. It left my skin looking really vibrant!

P E E L  O F F  M A S K S

Elizavecca Milky Piggy Hell-Pore Mask
I was actually scared to try this mask cause of all the reviews saying it was extremely painful but I really needed something to extract everything! I ordered it off of amazon and got my whole family to try it with me and now we're obsessed! Not one of us was in pain with this. This mask really takes a lot of the gunk out of your skin!

Freeman Beauty Cucumber Peel Off Mask
I've been using this mask for years now and I've gotten all my friends addicted. It's such a simple peel off mask and works really well. It smells good and feels cooling on the skin. It's super easy to remove as well.

Oily Skin Peppermint Sheet Mask
I picked this up at forever 21 and I can say I'm obsessed. It feels so amazing on the skin as it's peppermint so it gives your skin a tingly, refreshed feeling. It just feels so relaxing and your skin will be dewy but not oily after.

This is one of the best sheet masks I have ever tried! It leaves my skin feeling so soft and looking so vibrant!

Too Cool For School Pumpkin Sleeping Pack
I bought this a couple of months ago and I've been hooked ever since! It moisturizes my skin and leaves it so smooth. I wake up and my skin feels almost perfect!

Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask
This was the first overnight mask I ever used and I honestly wasn't expecting much but wow! When I woke up my skin was super hydrated and not a single part felt dry or even oily. This is especially great to use in the winter time!

That is all for today's post. These are all of my current favorite face masks! I'm definitely looking into purchasing lots of new ones that I haven't tried so I'd love to do a post about that. Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed!
